Grace
Well Ceba Grace got thru a big day. We
had cement mixers and trucks today and she was not
scared, thanks Mac!!! Now tomorrow will be the day.
I will vaccum, a rare occasion, as I hate cleaning,
but like clean. I love my Ceba Grace!!!!!
Hi,
Grace has passed the test of well rounded
pup. The vaccum cleaner, no barking. Thank you Mac.
Jack
Hi Mac,
Ken loves him. I love him. He sits next
to Bodicca (crow) and watches her intently. She pushes
things through the cage to entice him over and she
flaps her wings. Jack isn't phased. Today was a milestone.
He slept through the night without peeing! and he learned
to walk up and down the stairs. A big deal because
it is a big staircase.
He met my 2 year old grandson today,
Avian. It was love at first site for both of them.
Talk about kisses. They fell asleep together on the
floor at my feet. Man, I wished that I had a camera
close by because it was so sweet. And Arthur (cat) was
not even jealous! He an d Arthur wrestle like mad until
Arthur gets squished, then he pouts.
Jack went visiting today as well and
met an animal massage therapist and a human acupuncturist!
He enjoyed himself! He is already such a family member,
much loved, even when he shredded my purse with those
puppy teeth. Oh well, I should not have left it on
the floor! He loves his food and has a puppies appetite.
I hope Chief and the rest are doing as well as Jumpin
Jack Flash! He's a gas, gas, gas! Hugs, -b-
Chief
(Olivia spent a couple of days with Chief helping
him to adjust before he became the only family dog)
These pups are incredible. They are so
smart, & just a joy to have around. They slept from
11pm- 6:45am, had a little breakfast, snoozed, & have
been in & out of the family room. Chief is the gentle
giant & very stealth about stealing toys. Olivia has
pinned him a couple times after sneaking up from behind & knocking
him over by surprise. Their motto is "What's mine is
mine, & what's your is mine!" They are a riot. Their
newest thing is looking in the sliding glass door reflection & wondering
who that other dog is. They are great puppies!
Roly
We got home safe and had a completely
uneventful drive. (I don't know if peeing on Grandma
Bo's cream-colored living-room carpet in her beautiful
Bellevue condo could be considered part of the drive...)
It felt like we'd always had Roly. He spent quite a
bit of time on (8-year-old) Maia's lap and then he
just snuggled into the pig pile of dogs on the floor
in back of the car . Maia is teaching him to pee in
the backyard and not eat paper and to stay out of the
kitchen. We used the car puppy gate to keep him in
Maia's room last night and we pretty much had to wake
them both up this morning.
